Why isn't my microphone working?

Make sure Voice Post has permission to access your microphone. On iOS, go to Settings > Voice Post and enable Microphone. If the issue persists, try restarting the app or your device.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions purchased through the App Store are managed in your Apple account settings. Open Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions, select Voice Post, and choose to change or cancel your plan. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.

How do I request a refund?
